脫(tuo)硫(liu)濕(shi)式球磨機是(shi)為適應(ying)我國電(dian)廠(chang)煙氣脫(tuo)硫(liu)項目的(de)建設(she)(she)及發展(zhan)需(xu)要(yao)應(ying)運而生的(de)磨礦作(zuo)(zuo)業設(she)(she)備,它的(de)主(zhu)要(yao)功能其作(zuo)(zuo)用是(shi)磨制(zhi)石(shi)灰(hui)石(shi)漿液(ye),提供脫(tuo)硫(liu)吸收劑,是(shi)石(shi)灰(hui)石(shi)-石(shi)膏濕(shi)法脫(tuo)硫(liu)系(xi)統(tong)(tong)中重要(yao)設(she)(she)備,相較(jiao)干(gan)磨系(xi)統(tong)(tong)設(she)(she)備投資費(fei)用低(di)、系(xi)統(tong)(tong)簡單(dan)、能耗低(di)、運行(xing)費(fei)用低(di),因此,濕(shi)磨系(xi)統(tong)(tong)在火電(dian)廠(chang)脫(tuo)硫(liu)中作(zuo)(zuo)為必選的(de)石(shi)灰(hui)石(shi)漿液(ye)制(zhi)備系(xi)統(tong)(tong),應(ying)用非常(chang)廣泛。
脫硫濕式(shi)球(qiu)磨(mo)(mo)(mo)(mo)機(ji)(ji)作業(ye)時,電(dian)機(ji)(ji)機(ji)(ji)經減(jian)速(su)器與小齒輪連(lian)接,直接帶動磨(mo)(mo)(mo)(mo)機(ji)(ji)筒(tong)體(ti)(ti)周(zhou)邊大(da)齒輪減(jian)速(su)傳動,磨(mo)(mo)(mo)(mo)機(ji)(ji)筒(tong)體(ti)(ti)旋(xuan)轉運動,筒(tong)體(ti)(ti)內(nei)裝載(zai)了各種尺寸規(gui)格的鋼球(qiu),鋼球(qiu)在離心力和(he)摩擦力的作用下,沿筒(tong)壁被提(ti)升到(dao)一定高度(du),受重力作用拋出(chu)落下,通(tong)過鋼球(qiu)對石(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)灰(hui)(hui)(hui)石(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)的撞擊以及鋼球(qiu)之間、鋼球(qiu)與護甲之間對石(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)灰(hui)(hui)(hui)石(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)的擠壓、研磨(mo)(mo)(mo)(mo),把石(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)灰(hui)(hui)(hui)石(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)磨(mo)(mo)(mo)(mo)碎,被磨(mo)(mo)(mo)(mo)碎石(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)灰(hui)(hui)(hui)石(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)與磨(mo)(mo)(mo)(mo)機(ji)(ji)進口(kou)(kou)補(bu)充的水混(hun)合成石(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)灰(hui)(hui)(hui)石(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)漿液(ye),因從脫硫濕式(shi)球(qiu)磨(mo)(mo)(mo)(mo)機(ji)(ji)入口(kou)(kou)連(lian)續不斷(duan)補(bu)充進來(lai)水和(he)石(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)灰(hui)(hui)(hui)石(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi),筒(tong)體(ti)(ti)內(nei)石(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)灰(hui)(hui)(hui)石(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)漿液(ye)也不斷(duan)從磨(mo)(mo)(mo)(mo)機(ji)(ji)出(chu)料端出(chu)口(kou)(kou)溢出(chu),進入濕磨(mo)(mo)(mo)(mo)再循環(huan)箱,通(tong)過濕磨(mo)(mo)(mo)(mo)再循環(huan)泵打入石(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)灰(hui)(hui)(hui)石(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)旋(xuan)流器再進行下一道旋(xuan)流分級工序處理。
1.從結構上,脫硫濕式球磨(mo)機采(cai)用(yong)了(le)溝槽式環形襯板,加強研磨(mo)作用(yong),減小(xiao)了(le)能(neng)耗;與此(ci)同時,設(she)備(bei)傳動上采(cai)用(yong)大型雙(shuang)列調心(xin)滾子軸(zhou)承代替原來的滑動軸(zhou)承,使(shi)摩擦力大大降低,啟動更(geng)(geng)容易,這(zhe)些改(gai)良(liang)使(shi)得其(qi)結構更(geng)(geng)新(xin)穎(ying)。
2.從工藝上,工(gong)藝(yi)較為科學(xue),尤(you)其(qi)是生(sheng)產工(gong)藝(yi)和運作工(gong)藝(yi)。物(wu)料首先在第一倉(cang)達(da)到(dao)粗(cu)磨(mo)后,經單層隔倉(cang)板(ban)進(jin)(jin)入第二(er)倉(cang),將物(wu)料進(jin)(jin)一步(bu)研磨(mo),成品通過卸料箅(bi)板(ban)排出,完成粉磨(mo)作業,整個工(gong)藝(yi)更科學(xue),更合(he)理。
3.從材質上,材(cai)質上更耐磨,先(xian)說其襯(chen)板,該部件經先(xian)進的(de)雙介質淬火工藝處理(li),使其在生產中能夠承受巨大的(de)沖擊力度;另外,采用(yong)變位齒輪,抗彎強度提高一倍以上,進一步增強了(le)設備整機(ji)的(de)安全可(ke)靠性,同時,整機(ji)鋼材(cai)質量(liang)較硬。
