沙(sha)子(zi)烘(hong)干機(ji)(ji)是在傳統烘(hong)干機(ji)(ji)基礎上(shang)改進的高產節能產品,其內(nei)部結構(gou)經過優化(hua),增加入機(ji)(ji)前濕(shi)料的預烘(hong)干和延長濕(shi)料在機(ji)(ji)內(nei)烘(hong)干時間,再加上(shang)密封、保(bao)溫以及合理的配(pei)套措施,使鐵精粉(fen)烘(hong)干機(ji)(ji)生產能力與烘(hong)干設備相比,提高35%左右。
沙子烘干機(ji)主(zhu)要由筒(tong)(tong)體裝(zhuang)置(zhi)(zhi)、托輪(lun)裝(zhuang)置(zhi)(zhi)、進(jin)出料(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)裝(zhuang)置(zhi)(zhi)、傳動(dong)(dong)(dong)裝(zhuang)置(zhi)(zhi)等部(bu)件組(zu)成,傳動(dong)(dong)(dong)裝(zhuang)置(zhi)(zhi)由電動(dong)(dong)(dong)機(ji)、減(jian)速機(ji)、聯軸器(qi)等零部(bu)件組(zu)成。筒(tong)(tong)體是臥(wo)式(shi)回轉圓筒(tong)(tong),內(nei)部(bu)有(you)(you)(you)各式(shi)抄板,進(jin)料(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)端設有(you)(you)(you)螺旋抄板,在其外部(bu)裝(zhuang)有(you)(you)(you)用于支承的輪(lun)帶。筒(tong)(tong)體的轉動(dong)(dong)(dong)是由傳動(dong)(dong)(dong)裝(zhuang)置(zhi)(zhi)通過帶動(dong)(dong)(dong)小齒輪(lun)而(er)帶動(dong)(dong)(dong)。同時(shi)還設有(you)(you)(you)托輪(lun)刮油(you)氈(zhan),延(yan)長(chang)托輪(lun)與輪(lun)帶的使用壽(shou)命。筒(tong)(tong)體兩端伸入進(jin)出料(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)裝(zhuang)置(zhi)(zhi)內(nei),進(jin)料(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)箱內(nei)設有(you)(you)(you)進(jin)料(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)溜,進(jin)料(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)箱下端密封板內(nei)側開(kai)有(you)(you)(you)落(luo)料(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)和清料(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)的腰形孔,以避免倒料(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)造成的物料(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)擠壓、堵塞。
將(jiang)需加(jia)工的沙(sha)(sha)(sha)(sha)子(zi)(zi)(zi)(zi)物料(liao)(liao)投入(ru)沙(sha)(sha)(sha)(sha)子(zi)(zi)(zi)(zi)烘(hong)干(gan)機進(jin)行烘(hong)干(gan)。首先,進(jin)入(ru)導料(liao)(liao)區(qu)(qu)(qu)(qu)(qu)(qu)后(hou)與高溫熱(re)風接觸,會被(bei)迅速蒸發出大量(liang)水(shui)分(fen),沙(sha)(sha)(sha)(sha)子(zi)(zi)(zi)(zi)在(zai)大導角的抄(chao)板(ban)抄(chao)動(dong)下,形不(bu)成粘結(jie)(jie)便被(bei)導入(ru)第二個工作區(qu)(qu)(qu)(qu)(qu)(qu),也(ye)就(jiu)是清(qing)(qing)理區(qu)(qu)(qu)(qu)(qu)(qu),濕沙(sha)(sha)(sha)(sha)子(zi)(zi)(zi)(zi)在(zai)此(ci)區(qu)(qu)(qu)(qu)(qu)(qu)被(bei)抄(chao)板(ban)抄(chao)起形成料(liao)(liao)幕狀(zhuang)態,沙(sha)(sha)(sha)(sha)子(zi)(zi)(zi)(zi)落下時易形成粘結(jie)(jie)滾(gun)筒壁現象,在(zai)這(zhe)個過程中,清(qing)(qing)掃裝置對(dui)于沙(sha)(sha)(sha)(sha)子(zi)(zi)(zi)(zi)團球結(jie)(jie)塊也(ye)起破碎(sui)作用,從而增加(jia)了(le)熱(re)交換面(mian)積,提高了(le)干(gan)燥速率;經過前兩個區(qu)(qu)(qu)(qu)(qu)(qu)域后(hou),被(bei)選出的物沙(sha)(sha)(sha)(sha)子(zi)(zi)(zi)(zi)將(jiang)進(jin)入(ru)傾斜揚料(liao)(liao)板(ban)區(qu)(qu)(qu)(qu)(qu)(qu),此(ci)區(qu)(qu)(qu)(qu)(qu)(qu)是低溫干(gan)燥區(qu)(qu)(qu)(qu)(qu)(qu),褐煤在(zai)此(ci)區(qu)(qu)(qu)(qu)(qu)(qu)已呈低水(shui)分(fen)松(song)散狀(zhuang)態,此(ci)區(qu)(qu)(qu)(qu)(qu)(qu)已不(bu)具有粘結(jie)(jie)現象,經過熱(re)交換后(hou)成品(pin)達到所要求(qiu)的水(shui)分(fen)要求(qiu),運動(dong)進(jin)入(ru)最后(hou)的出料(liao)(liao)區(qu)(qu)(qu)(qu)(qu)(qu);出料(liao)(liao)區(qu)(qu)(qu)(qu)(qu)(qu)烘(hong)干(gan)主機滾(gun)筒在(zai)此(ci)區(qu)(qu)(qu)(qu)(qu)(qu)不(bu)設(she)抄(chao)板(ban),沙(sha)(sha)(sha)(sha)子(zi)(zi)(zi)(zi)在(zai)此(ci)區(qu)(qu)(qu)(qu)(qu)(qu)滾(gun)動(dong)滑行至排料(liao)(liao)口(kou),完成整個干(gan)燥過程。
1、沙子烘(hong)干機在內部結構上實現了(le)創新,強化(hua)了(le)對(dui)已分散(san)物料的清掃(sao)和熱傳導作用,徹底(di)解決(jue)了(le)筒體內壁的粘結現象,
2、沙子(zi)烘干(gan)機的傳(chuan)動大(da)(da)小齒(chi)輪(lun)采用銷柱可換齒(chi)輪(lun),取代(dai)了傳(chuan)統的鑄鋼齒(chi)輪(lun),節約成本投(tou)資(zi),又大(da)(da)大(da)(da)降低了維修(xiu)費用和時(shi)間
3、可(ke)根據不同的(de)沙子物料(liao)性質改變運(yun)行參數(shu),使物料(liao)在(zai)干燥機筒體內能夠形(xing)成穩(wen)定的(de)全(quan)斷面料(liao)幕,質熱交(jiao)換更為充(chong)分(fen);
4、新型給料、排料裝(zhuang)置,杜(du)絕滾(gun)筒(tong)干(gan)燥機給料堵塞、不連(lian)續、不均(jun)勻和返料現象,降低了除塵系(xi)統的負荷(he);
5、新型內部(bu)結構,強(qiang)化了對已分散物(wu)料的(de)(de)清掃和熱傳導作用(yong),消除了筒(tong)體(ti)內壁的(de)(de)沾粘現象,對物(wu)料水分、粘性的(de)(de)適應性更強(qiang)。
